• 500g minced meat
• Holy nectaire
• Butter
• Quality olive oil
• 1 large onion,

Instructions :
• Preparation and preheating:
• In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with a generous handful of chopped parsley. Make sure the parsley is well distributed.
• Form four steaks balls of equal size with the meat mixture.
• Finely cut your onions
• Preheat your Brasero-Plancha.
• Grille the onions:
