Homemade Pancakes with Brasero-Plancha!

Ingredients :
â 3 eggs
â 50 g butter
â 2 tablespoons of oil
â 30g sugar
â 300g of flour
â 60cl of milk
â 5cl of rum

Preparation :
Put the flour in a terrine and form a well. Place the whole eggs.
Gently mix with a whisk by adding the milk as you go.
Melt the butter and incorporate it into the dough. Mix.
Add, sugar and oil
The dough thus obtained should be liquid and fairly thick. Perfume with the 5cl of rum.
Heat the Brasero-Plancha at a good temperature and oil it or butter it very slightly using a paper towel. Pour a ladle of dough into it, distribute it on a small cooking surface then wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it back. Cook all the pancakes over low heat.
