Ingredients for 1 burger:
- 600g minced meat
- Butter
- Fresh parsley
- Fried onion,
- Pickles,
- Salt,
- Burger breads (if possible from your favorite bakery)
- Choice of cheese
Instructions :
- Preparation and preheating:
- In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with a generous handful of chopped parsley. Make sure the parsley is well distributed.
- Form four steaks balls of equal size with the meat mixture.
- Preheat your Brasero-Plancha.
- Cooking :
- Melt a knob of butter on the Brasero-Plancha to cook the chopped steaks.
- Place the steaks and flatten your meat well so that the steaks are well. Cook the meat according to the desired cooking.
- During the cooking of the meat, make the bread cut slightly in half on the grill part of the brazier. This will add a pleasant crisp texture and prevent them from becoming too soft with the garnish.
- Meat finish:
- When the steaks are almost cooked at your convenience, place a generous slice of the cheese chosen on each steak and let melt slightly. If necessary, cover with a lid or bell to speed up the process.
- Burger assembly:
